Corbin assisted me in my investigation of Muskoka cottage property. I required a quick zoning analysis to consider what site constraints existed that may hinder my future build. He exceeded my expectations with a site plan concept and very detailed analysis of local zoning provisions and an in person overview to address my questions. Was also very responsive and worked within my limited due diligence period. I look forward to working with Corbin and his team further when I start the design of the new build.
