I came into contact with Ryan, of Complete Casa Construction, while I was doing an online search through HomeStar, for a company to install concrete patio. During our initial meeting I also found out that his company also builds decks. after receiving a price quote for the job from several companies, I decided that this was not the right time to go through with the patio project.
I had made arrangements to have another company build the deck for me but it seems as if that company did not want to go through with the job as they were not responding to my communications by phone or text. I reached out to Ryan

I decided to have Complete Casa Construction build my deck. My wife and I had a meeting with Ryan to discuss what we wanted, a few days later Ryan got back to us with the cost for completing the project. We came to an agreement on the price, and downpayment. Ryan was very flexible and we made some mutually agreed on payment structure. Ryan was able to order the material and the project was started within a week of of the materials being ordered. On the first day of the work starting, I met the rest of his construction team.

Ryan and his team were professional and respectful of our property and took all precautions to avoid any damage to our property, from demolition of our old deck, to removing old materials from the property, to driving the digger through our narrow gate, and avoiding any damage to our lawn with the machinery by laying down wood to drive on. Ryan was in constant communication with me during the construction process and he would make suggestions on changes that would improve the finish product, without going too much over budget. Ryan and his team would clean as they work , and at the end of the day they took away any debris from the work site. I find Ryan to be very competent and knowledgable in the performance of his work. From watching him and his team work, I see he takes pride in his work and he valued the opinions and suggestions made by myself and others around him. At the completion of the project I received positive feed back from several of my neighbours. I would highly recommend Ryan and Complete Casa Construction to any of my friends and neighbours.

Had the pleasure of working with Casa Construction and Ryan for an interlock project on my front yard stairs and backyard, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Ryan and his team are excellent! They did a 14x18 cement pour for us that included a deep excavation that had to be done by hand. They did it during some of the hottest weather of the summer but they pushed through the heat, working long hours to get the job done on time and of quality. We will be hiring them for future projects and highly recommend them.

The team at Complete Casa Construction, especially Ryan, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful beyond anything I could have expected. I was in a bind with a project that had a safety concern. Ryan did everything possible to research options and ensure that the creative solution needed would meet the requirements. While respecting the budget I had, he had suggestions that enhanced the look of the end product to suit the surroundings better than my original ask.

Ryan and his company were perfect. They adhered to the timelines, did beautiful, precise work, communicated clearly and were really nice. Oh and the price was great. He saw when he demo-ed the existing porch that we had holes in the brick and communicated with us and patched up the holes. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ryan and his crew are incredibly professional. Very good communicators. Reliable. The site was kept clean, they swept the street multiple times a day while moving fill. Measurements for 12' deep excavation, retaining walls were bang on. All City inspections passed first time around. Watching them excavate, build forms, pour footings & the walls was fascinating. Ryan is super smart. Grateful I found Complete Casa Construction to do this complicated job. My walkway to get to the backyard is 55" wide. Work was done without encroaching on my neighbors. The excavator Ryan worked with was outstanding. A small Kubota machine with a 7' reach excavated a huge 12' deep walkout hole level by level. I feel I lucked out with these guys. They also did framing and drywall, squared up some new construction in an existing building. They connected me with an expert waterproofing company. Ryan would bring potential problems to my attention. Very detailed. Invested in the job. Excellent experience - highly recommend.
