We had a dishwasher hose break with water damage on main floor and basement. Excellent work from damage clean up to finishing work after repair. Their crew of workers were efficient and experienced. Communication was excellent and they were on time and on schedule. We would highly recommend them if you need restoration work.

Our basement got flooded with grey-water and Rogger came to assess the situation and handled it so professionally. Very friendly, humble person with a strong team to handle any situation. Worry free service and reasonable pricing.
Within two weeks they cleaned everything and dried the basement and replaced the damages. Their service is pleasant. I had a good experience with them and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I had a small a flood in my place shortly after completing a major renovation on our first house. I called Roger and he came over immediately to assess the situation. After looking at the damage, he determined it wasn't significant but suggested we dry and dehumidify the room for a few days. Called for some equipment and came within 45 minutes. Checked the moisture levels twice more and was very fair on pricing. Would recommend.

My dishwasher leaked and College Clean did an amazing job repairing the basement ceiling and prepping the space for the new flooring and then the finishing work after the flooring was put in. Very courteous and efficient team, always on time and very professional. Very good response time, Roger assessed the situation and had workers on site very soon after. I would highly recommend College Clean for any home renovation needs.

We had College Clean come in when we had a water leak from our dishwasher and some damage to our kitchen cabinets. They were fantastic! Very fast response and always available when needed questions answered about the job or the process. Thanks College Clean. Highly recommended to anyone no matter how big or small the job is.

In 2009 our bathroom pipes froze and we had to replace them and install a new shower. SGI recommended College Clean. Their installer screwed up and our shower has leaked ever since, requiring me to re-plaster and re-paint the bathroom about once per year. When I explained this to College Clean, as soon as I figured out what was going on (about 2 years and a couple of months after they finished), and was told that because it had been more than two years they would not even look at it. I have asked SGI not to recommend them any more. Fixing their mistake permanently will cost me $600 (to have a plumber take the shower out and re-install it properly) plus about $100 in supplies for me to re-plaster and re-paint for the fifth time. Add this to what I have spent already and they have cost me over $1,000 plus hours of my labour and many days without a working shower since they supposedly "restored" it. I do NOT recommend this company.
