Good installation. We were left with impression that they were expanding west and service should not be a problem. It is a problem as they want to charge up us $139 per travel hour out and back and we are 3 and a half hours from st John’s. Would never have purchased from them if we knew this up front. That’s approximately $1100 before they even look at their installation!

Absolutely pleased with the service I received! From start to finish, this contractor team was top-notch. The technicians who came to my house was not only professional and courteous, but also prompt and on time. It’s so refreshing to experience such efficiency. Well, I have to say that Tyler and Philip had a rough day. -12 degrees, then a little wind picked up. Not the best day to be working outside. But they were fantastic!! They did an excellent, neat and tidy job installing the outdoor unit and 2 indoor heads. I would not hesitate to have these fellas on any job. Thanks, gents. Well done.

Absolutely terrible service. First of all technicians ran the duct work through where our shower was supposed to go in our bathroom without consultation and we ended up having to go with a much more expensive shower to accommodate. They never came back to finish the range hood installation but tried to bill us for it until we told them they didn't finish the work. Finally they took it off the bill. Worst off they sent us to collection agency before our mortgage was fully paid out by the bank without consulting us even though they were told multiple times the mortgage still had not closed but when it does they will be paid (straight from the bank). Pretty normal in a new build.
Terrible communication. Terrible service.

Very pleased with the service, fast and efficient. The installation team was excellent, very happy with the quality of their work, great guys. We only had the heap pump for 2 months, so we are still getting used to them, but so far so good.

Overall amazing company to deal with. Very efficient and the installers Josh and Tyler were kind, sweet, knowledgeable, hardworking and professional. I am very happy with my mini split heat pumps (both upstairs and downstairs) I am finally warm and the fan is quiet. Highly recommend Cole Air
