Moved in in May, the suite is not move in ready. Peeling drywall tape off the ceiling, dents in walls, messy blinds and the carpets weren't cleaned before we moved in. I steamed cleaned the living space 6times and the water was still muddy. Property management doesn't know it's own regulations, they don't clearly share information with all the tenants, parking is unclear even when they are on hand. The yard space at the fence is a mine field of dog poop, but they don't care, only if it's outside your door. They will go out of there way to get in your hair. Would not recommend living here, there's better cheaper options.

I have lived there for 13 months. Everything was clean when I moved in and the walls freshly painted. The manager Lori Daniels went above and beyond to help me settle and provided all the information needed. She tries very hard to keep the place clean and organised. The houses are spacious and plenty of sun light. Close to Walmart and No Frills, schools etc. I have enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended
