CND Engineering Limited is our go-to engineering company for structural projects because they are down-to-earth, creative, and knowledgeable. They complete the projects on time which is important to us.

CND has completed several projects for us, such as foundation design for an outdoor concrete fireplace, removal of a load bearing wall in our kitchen, removal of basement columns to create a large open space, and 3D designs for our basement and outdoor structures.

They pay close attention to our requirements through the consult meetings. CND really refines the process and has always presented us with structural solutions that are suitable to our needs.

Working with CDN Engineering was fantastic! Andrew was amazing, he worked with us on the design to make sure that our needs were met while still making sure designs were the safest they could be. CDN Engineering were available all the time for our questions and we had a lot of trades involved in the renovation and Andrew was in contact with them all to make sure they understood the plans and were able to execute to his standards. Working CND was a great experiwnce! Andrew, our engineer from CND, delivered exactly as promised! His drawings were approved immediately by City Inspector. His professionalism with following up on our project at scheduled phases, made us feel we were in good hands with this major renovation and that the finished product was going to be built with safety and integrity.

We removed a load-bearing wall with one beam which ran the distance of our house. It provided an open concept on the main floor. Andrew made recommendations which improved the final look....things we has not considered. He was an integral part of the project. We ended up with an open concept in our basement at the same time, which saved ua time and money.

My wife and I were thinking of undertaking a major renovation to our home that was built in 1928. After first dealing with a company that failed to meet our expectations, we contacted CND Engineering. Andrew Zorko visited with us numerous times to offer his advice and expertise on possible solutions to some of the challenges we were facing. His professionalism was evident from the first time we met and his attention to detail is unparalleled. Andrew was able to provide for us detailed, permit-ready plans for our renovations that we could then present to contractors. This was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Andrew was also always available for an evening phone call when my wife and I had questions about the scope of our project. In the end, we did not pursue a renovation, choosing instead to purchase another home. Thankfully, using the services and advice of CND Engineering, helped us to conclude that a new home purchase would be more financially prudent than a major home renovation.
