I hired Chris to bring an existing basement renovation up to code. He did an absolutely incredible job! He was very transparent about the work that needed to be done, charged a fair price, and had the job done as quickly, as he knew I was on a tight schedule. Chris was very professional and excellent at communicating with me from start to finish. I could truly tell that he was working for me and had my best interest in mind at all times. I would highly recommend Chris and will definitely be using him again in the future!

We needed our Fence to be done and we got speaking to Chris. Honestly, Chris is so very professional, extremely upfront with information, points out pros/cons and a very nice guy.
We unfortunately could not proceed with having our fence built with Chris as our neighbors - contractors started work first but, would recommend Chris anytime. Have seen the kind of work he has done for one of our friends, and nicely done. Hopefully we'd be able to contract with Chris in the future.

C&M (Chris) is now the guy I contact for summer projects for our new home.

First, he built our deck, and it turned out excellent.
Second, he built our fence, and it turned out perfect.
Next, I'll probably ask him to build us a backyard shed. My point is he's proven himself over and over to produce high-quality work.

We had a big construction project for charity organization. We did not had any clue as a organization what to do permits and how to lay out plans to use most space. C & m construction became our one stop solution for all out queries. They were awsome during all our project. Also saved some money for us by guidin us in right direction.
