Well after trying to find out which email I had to use to get ahold ofAlberta Transportation regarding a broken window, a rock that was kicked up while they were doing landscaping in the center of deerfoot.i was upset and couldn't figure out who to email. Several emails later I got a hold of the right person and they forward my email to clintar. I was expecting a Hassel regarding this situating, but have been pleasantly surprised while dealing with cc Holmes. He let me know what was required on my end, each email was very responsive and helpful. I hope you never have to deal with a broken window due to an accident, but if you do hopefully you end to talking to the person I was talking with.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't use these charlatans. They don't care about who they disturb, when they disturb them, or how they disturb them. Clearing snow when it's still snowing in the early hours next to apartments with gas powered leaf blowers leads to me conclude there's no common sense. Not only that, but 3 times over, because it's still snowing. If you want to pay for a service knowing your money is going to a business who cares about the community around them, look elsewhere.

Was pretty quick to respond and send people to salt the parking lot as we had a lot of black ice. It could have been done better but anyone can miss a patch or two in a huge parking.
