Marleigh was absolutely fantastic in helping us navigate the many options available. She was incredibly patient with us as we took our time to make decisions, offering valuable guidance without ever rushing us. Her expertise and thoughtful approach made a potentially overwhelming process feel seamless.

Kelli, the receptionist, was also a standout. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of all the available options before our appointment, which helped us feel prepared and less stressed. By the time we met with Marleigh, we already had a good sense of what we wanted, and the process felt smooth and organized.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience! From start to finish, working alongside this team has been nothing short of incredible. They were exceptionally kind, respectful, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we felt confident every step of the way.

We were a bit lost and overwhelmed at the beginning with the number of choices that we could make, but staff was able to make suggestions for us and made our lives easier. Really friendly and attentive designers there.

I would offer coffee in the morning, and wine or champagne in the afternoon hehe. In that way you could convert something "stressful" into an enjoyable experience (and happy people spend more, no?)

Very unprofessional and rude. The kelly lady was the most rude and arrogant. Once I asked a question on the phone but she just hung up on me for no reason. Stay away from them

I visited the design center with my wife after putting a deposit on one of the houses and checked for the open hours (where you dont need appointments). The lady who worked there was very rude and asked us what we were doing there and we explained that the website said we do not need an appointment and we just want to look at what they have in there. She didnt want to help us anf told us she has people with an appointment coming soon. We left, and never returned. My next destination was the Sales center where I took back my deposit and cancelled everything. What a bad experience that was. We get better customer service and treatment at a grocery store.
