My husband and I had some car troubles on our way home with our two kids, a dog and our freshly spayed puppy.. Tyler (i hope this is the right location!!) stopped and got to work trying to help diagnose the problem (in the cold rain; he even crawled under our car!!) before continuing on where he called a towing company! Just as we were wondering how all of us were going to make the tow truck work for transportation, it pulled up with a truck for us!
So, Tyler, I cannot thank you enough for stopping, helping us and taking the family into consideration!
6/6 say you're a good person and would recommend your customer service to anyone!

I have to say that they certainly under-promised and over-delivered with our hardware issue. Thank you to the Smithers office, remote tech department our service tech this morning...a full 17 days ahead of scheduled. You are all 110%-ers!

After years of dealing with T…. The switch to CityWest was straightforward and friendly. The local office is convenient and the staff are wonderful. My internet is twice the speed (with no need for boosters) throughout our house. I recommend CityWest unreservedly.👍👍

Every time we call for support either for internet or TV to get help, Citywests reacts so quick and for TV they can mostly help us already through the phone. They have even support staff on during the weekend. Never have we been disappointed with their technicians when they come to our place to help with internet issues, that always gets resolved very quickly. Even the setup of a new remote is done with friendliness.
We are happy customers for more then 5 years now.

There was a housefire in my neighbourhood that wiped out our internet a few weeks ago. I was incredibly impressed that Citywest had us all up and running before I got home from work the next day. A neighbour, who is with another provider was out for a week before hers was reconnected.
Side note to that, the ladies in customer service are always wonderful to deal with!

Update we've had city west fire a while now and the service is good. Tech support is grieves and worry times are not bad if you need a tech to come out

We were told that we were getting hooked up for internet in the 23rd and was excited for the great new services they said they were going to provide us with so not wanting to pay for two internet services so I canceled my TELUS. They called me in the 22nd and told me they actually don’t know when they are going to connect my internet and now I have no internet. Not impressed. I rely on my internet for work and school
Will update when it if it gets sorted.

I would like to give them a rating of 0 out of 5. So tired of having technical issues with our service. Tonight was just another example of why we need more providers. Called technical support. Got an automated message and then got hung up on. Not once, but every call. Crazy!
