If I could give negative stars I would. Just a absolute joke. Dispatch is rude and always has a ignorant attitude. I would recommend going and using the ferries or a private company.

TERRIBLE company. They keep parking their trucks across the road junction in Langdale making it really unsafe for other drivers.
This is a company that values their money more than the lives of Sunshine Coast residents.

EDIT: One month later, their support guy promised this won't happen again, but it was all lies, the trucks are still there, putting peoples lives in danger for a quick buck. What an absolutely awful and unmoral company.

Sunshine coast residents - what does this say about a company that they would willingly block off roads and put you and your car in danger, so they can make an extra buck?

They have done 3-4 pickups for us in Vancouver, to our home in Sechelt Everything arrived on schedule and in good shape.
I thought the cost very reasonable. And all the people I dealt with at City Transfer were super nice! No complaints from me!

Absolutely TERRIBLE company with TERRIBLE service. For some reason, UPS left my package at this location for me to pick up. My mother went there the first time and nobody was in the office. I went the second time and still nobody was there, so I contacted them, but they said the employee will come back in 20 minutes or so, so I left. My mother went back again the next day, only to realize nobody was there again, so I called them again and this guy picked up, who questioned me “Don’t you know our office time? It’s from the morning to 11:30am and then there will be a lunch break”. I said my mother had arrived at 11:15 and even now it’s 11:24. He said “Well that means the employee left early for lunch.” I said okay nvm I guess I won’t need the package anymore(obviously I’m not going back for the fourth time). So THIS GUY just HANG UP on me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. They obviously lack the very basic professionalism AND manner.

city transfer have always had excellent service, I usually pickup my shipments from their gibsons depot. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

No stars. This company continually delivers our shipments to another division in another area. I will spend valuable time trying to figure out where my shipment has gone and when called they make lame excuses. City Transfer, you need to do a better job.

These guys are awesome!! Blair handled my delivery into a tricky driveway with patience and skill, makes receiving shipments on the coast a breeze!!

If you need larger items (pallet) shipped to the Sunshine Coast, these guys are the best I know of. Have used many times.
