I’ve been using Chit Chats regularly for my small business for the past couple of years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Their service has always been outstanding - fast, reliable, and very affordable, especially for cross-border shipping.

I love this place. It's a little out of the way for me in the East end, but the cost for shipping packages around the world is rivaled by none. They offer very low insurance rates which I always get. I was pushed to find a new shipping agent during the Canada Post strike last year, and I likely won't be switching back anytime soon. They are a broker that works with many shipping companies so I find them faster and more reliable.

First time getting a delivery from Chit chats. My item is stuck in limbo (Vars). Thankfully the person who shipped it has another replacement and choosing a more reliable company this time. I feel badly as the artist went out of their way to ensure it would arrive on time for my friends graduation and chit chats dropped the ball in a big way. Shame!

Amazing staff and the gentleman works at the front desk is always so helpful. If you have any questions you can always come to him. He knows what he is doing and what the company is doing. You know somehow this attitude and attribute have become scarcity in this crazy world.

In terms of pricing, chitchats are very competitive for overseas mails and parcels especially for tracked ones. EXCEPT for Canada local posts. That’s why Canada post can still survive I guess 🫠)

Just hope one day this company may provide competitive local postal services and have one more drop off outlet in the Ottawa east or downtown. 🙏🏻

I love this place because its the only cost effective solution to ship right now since Canada Post is on strike but when I drop off my packages, you can see they are drowning more and more each day. I hope they can hire some outside trucking companies to keep up with demand. I am getting very concerned.
