I’m so disappointed. I took my 3 year old to have her first haircut at Chatters last week. When I booked it said it would include a wash, blow dry, and cut (approx 45 mins). My daughter asked for shoulder length with layers and it is so incredibly choppy. I’m confident I would have done a better job at home by myself and saved $40. They also didn’t provide a wash which, in my opinion, is part of the fun experience for her. We were in and out in 15 mins. I was hopeful it would look better once washed at home but it doesn’t. All around incredibly disappointing for a first hair cut and waste of money.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a partial head of highlights and a hair cut. Specifically wanted the layers around my face shaped and highlighted. She didn’t even put foils around my face and I left with brassy hair. I came back in to have it fixed and she ruined it further. YOU CANT TONE OUT HAIR THAT ISN'T LIGHTENED ENOUGH - this is basic colour theory. Now my hair is even worse than when I first came in. Don’t even get me started on the haircut.. they really have no idea what they’re doing here. Do not walk - RUN AWAY
May as well have thrown $250 in the trash

Kyle was very friendly and throughout the cut kept in touch with what I wanted (I didn’t have a particular vision in mind). I left the store feeling 10 times more confident than when I first walked in 🙂 thank you and will be back!

I came in here for a cut and style by Roxy as she had great reviews! Unfortunately while she was a very nice woman she was somewhat unprofessional and did a really poor job on my bangs. She dropped her comb 2 times and even dropped the curling iron while my hair was clamped on it. I understand sometimes people have off days and I hope that was the case. The bangs she gave me were so thick and blunt. I went home in tears and was so frustrated because I showed her a clear image of what I had wanted and my hair didn’t look anything like that. The worst cut I have ever received and I had to go to another salon to get the bangs fixed, but they still look strange because she cut them far too thick, long, and without any face framing.

My hairstylist Roxy did an amazing job. Words can’t express how much I love my haircut! I asked for a wolfcut and although I have very thick hair, she spent more than an hour perfecting the cut so it looked almost exactly like my reference photo I showed her in the beginning. You can tell she is very passionate about her job from how focused she was throughout and kept asking me for my desired length, thickness, etc to make sure she got everything spot on!

Unfortunately, the worst haircut of my life. I was in the mall with and was accepted for a walk in. I left looking like Lord Farquad from shrek. Not great and not sure what training they have.

Went in yesterday to get my bangs cut, I haven’t been to a hair salon and have been cutting my own hair for about 6 years now. Kyle gave me exactly what i wanted, and i will absolutely be back for a trim!! Extremely affordable as well🫶🏻
