They've been doing construction in front of my house on a bridge.They've left piles of garbage in front of my house. Blocked one of my accesses almost daily. I guess no parking sign dont apply to them. zero dust control. I find them to be completely inconsiderate. I worked with multiple highway crews and big construction crews. I've never seen a company inconvenience people as much as Chapman has. If I could give a negative rating I would.

For 2 years now I’ve been driving massive detours because this company cannot finish a simple bike path in a timely fashion. They set up unnecessary detours that are EXTREMELY out of the way. They have unclear speed postings and detour postings all the time. They leave detours and 30kph speed postings 24/7 because they are too lazy to take down. They rip up the road make you drive in dirt for 5 months that they never grade so your driving through 1 foot deep pot holes destroying your vehicles suspension. Absolutely unacceptable, I’m tired of seeing Chapman on my daily drive.

I travel this road for work 5 days a week and have been late multiple times as well really early as I never know the hold up. I never see anymore than a handful of people working they need more staff massive detour on a road that needs more work then the one there working on. The road is paved in both directions and should be open after there work day detour should not be in effect after hours of operation

Can't believe the crater this company created on Silverstar Road, and have not fixed. The transition from the old to the "new" pavement is going to create damage to vehicles before winter is over. Lousy job by a company that took months too long to complete a project that should have been finished a couple months ago!! Definitely would NOT recommend this company for anything EVER!!!!

First off, I’m a tax payer, therefore a customer. These guys thought they could handle the project on silver star road the last 2 years..
unbelievable how long everything has taken, anytime you drive by there’s only a handful of people working, massive detours that have taken up countless hours of my time, and everyone else’s for the past 2 summers, absolutely unacceptable.
