Great experience today with Kysik...truck #45...(not sure if I spelled his name right)?....We have a driveway...very narrow and up a hill, with a turn too. He did it perfect, took a few tries but he didn't sweat at all. Made it look so easy. Thank you guys so much, we would totally recommend this company as it all went so smooth from start to finish and they came as promised when they said.

Ok the person who posted a bad review, I have no idea. I have gotten 2 small loads from this company. I was concerned because the rating was low although very few reviews.

They were so great to deal with. My guy was Terry. He called me back several times. Went way over and above knowing I was a diy'er and he was very helpful calculating load etc.

I had a problem because I wasn't aware of delivery things but both delivery drivers were helpful and great guys.

5 Stars isn't enough!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with in the construction industry. Hour and a half late. Shorted both loads and when asked for the balance the dispatcher was clearly heard saying “f@$* them it’s Friday I’m not sending anymore.” Tried to deal with supervisor and owner and no one would take responsibility. Pretty sure we paid for someone else to receive our order. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Ordered concrete 5 days before (incl. weekend), called 2 hours before expected delivery and they cancelled because they don't have the drivers. No reliability. After organizing the labour to help with the pour and being prepared this is a huge setback for us. They only seem to care if you have an account with them. I won't be calling them back. Even the competition told me they re always bailing them out for leaving customers high and dry.

The staff here was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with. On the day of the delivery, I was given a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance to let me know the truck was being loaded and would arrive shortly. The concrete arrived right on time and the whole process was very smooth.

Awful experience, I should’ve read the reviews beforehand. They cancelled 24 hours before the pour was scheduled and when I called to find out why the receptionist was rude (she was also rude when I called to book it) and when I spoke to someone higher up she said that she wasn’t required to tell me her job title when I asked. She went on to act very immature and said there’s nothing that could be done, it’s something that happens in the industry because larger jobs increase their volume ordered and bump smaller jobs. She also said that I should be happy they gave me the courtesy of cancelling this far in advance because she could’ve left it until I had workers on site at the scheduled time the day of the pour. No customer loyalty and they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Unless you’re a contractor don’t bother calling them, you’ll be disappointed.

Terrible service. These guys no showed to a job they committed to. Notified me by text 90 mins AFTER they were supposed to be there that they wouldn’t be coming and didn’t provide any solutions. I had a paid contractor on site for a wall that needed to be filled ASAP and these guys leave us all hanging with no solution or concessions. Things go wrong in business - it happens - a quality provider works with the customer to make it right. Champlain Concrete got it WRONG!
