Originally I ordered from Amazon and after two weeks the order got cancelled for no apparent reason. I Google search the product and "Chamberlain Timber Mart" came Up. I call to verify they had the product and they shipped it out that day. The price with shipping was the same price as Amazon with free shipping.

I needed to redo a screened gazebo that was built 15 years ago and wanted to improve on the screen system. Looking at several system on the market, I decided to settle on a system called Screeneze for it's ease of assembly. The only problem is this product is built in the US and has a very limited network of supplier in Canada. Home hardware is the one place where you can get it but only sold as kit. I was very happy to find the product here at Chamberlain especially as they are selling the pieces individually and is half the price of Home Hardware. Being 5 hours away, Chamberlain provided a quote from Purolator and before you know it, my order was shipped and arrived 3 days before the expected date.
As expected, I was happy with the product itself and definitively with the service Chamberlain provided. Between their online ordering system and the few phone calls made to finish the transaction, the entire process was a breeze. It's too bad they are so far away from where I live!

Been dealing with Chamberlain's for years and the service, quality of products, and pricing is excellent. Often have products I can't find elsewhere. Old school lumber yard that evolved from a mill. Great people. Never let me down.

Purchased two heavy duty grid shop lights from the store based on advertisement in local paper. Ad clearly shops that the lights come with the units. However, owner disagrees. I know it’s a lost leader but clearly false advertising. Wish I could post picture of the ad. Not sure how to do that.

Store owes me 8 32W T8 Fluorescent bulbs. I would suggest just crediting my credit card for the cost.

Only right thing to do as a retail.

Another disapointing experience. They refused to breakout lumber and aluminum guarding as prices for a deck project. ~$4000. Amusing business concept - 'we don't want your business'. Just too hard to do business with and not worth the trouble. Home Building is easy to do business with and I can get a small discount there.

Excellent service. The yard people are very helpful. The staff at the counter answers any questions u may have.. great place to get all ur building needs. There wood pellets are a great product & at a great price...
