He brought in his team and subcontractors at one meeting to provide a detailed and thorough quote. Gerard and Damien were always professional, courteous, and were readily available to answer any questions we had during the process. They listened to our input and ideas and helped us design a plan that worked well for our home. The project was completed on time as promised and the cost was exactly as quoted. The sub contractors were respectful and left our home neat and tidy every evening. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. We hired CFN for renovation work: they converted a bedroom adjacent to the master into an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. There was also some incidental plumbing and heating work that we had done at the same time.

The two principals, Gerard and Damian, were both great to work with although our contact was primarily Gerard. Their quote was detailed, accurate and competitive with other quotes. There were no surprises in the final bill: any extras were changes we had asked for, reasonably priced. The work was done largely on time and very nicely. All of the subcontractors used were polite, careful and competent. The inevitable problems were dealt with promptly, except for a delay in one supplier they had no control over.

We would have no hesitation in recommending CFN to our friends, or in using them for any other projects that might come about.
