There drivers in company trucks are cutting off people and then giving them the finger. I wouldn't want to be associated with this company or have any business dealings with them.

I bought a new home a year ago and the driveway and garage were poured by CF Construction. At our one year warranty follow up, I mentioned to the developer that there was significant pitting and cracking in both the driveway and garage, so it was marked for follow up to the contractor. A few weeks later, a guy from CF Construction shows up, looks at my driveway and says 'this is within ANHWP tolerances so we wont do anything." Those tolerances are something to the effect of "surface deterioration shall not exceed 10% of the affected panel(s) under normal conditions of weathering and use." This was odd to me because there is a LOT of pitting, and the gentleman certainly did no formal assessment, just looked at it and then said to me "Well is this where you always park your truck?" I replied as calmly as possible "Well yes, it is a driveway. Isn't that what they are for?" Anyways, I had the developer follow up with the contractor and they sent an email back citing the ANHWP rules again. So i went out today and did a quick count of how much pitting there is - I stopped at 100 pits because that seems like it might have met the 10% threshold. Yes, some are very small and superficial, but others are over an inch wide and 2 cm deep. So I guess I really have two issues with this company. 1) Their product is absolute garbage. My driveway looks like an acne riddled 14 year old. 2) They do not stand by their garbage product, rather, they hide behind the ANHWP rules. However, in this case, it doesn't appear as though they bothered to do an assessment to see if they are within tolerances, just cited the code and hoped i would go away. One of the photos I attached shows the state of a panel near the end of the driveway. If that’s not well over 10%, I have no idea what is.

I have filed a complain with the developer and I will be going direct to ANHWP if this isn't resolved.

TL:DR - Garbage product, garbage service. Would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

The drivers need to work on their driving. I just avoided a collision by truck number CF59 license plate number CRY 5756. Almost side swipped me while aggressively swerving lanes

We contacted CF Construction in April 2023 to request a quote for a backyard patio for my 80 year old mom. They responded within a week and sent out an employee to take photos and measurements. Great we thought, this is a good company. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls asking for the estimate, we received an email stating that they could not take on this job as their work capacity was filled. So no quote and wasted a month of our time. This was not a difficult location or big job . If they had just said they were too busy to complete smaller residential projects right off the top, we would have moved on. But to lead us down a merry path and to not even provide the quote is unacceptable business practice. I do not recommend this company.

If you need concrete flat work done there is no better choice than CF Construction. These people are absolute professionals and make customer care one of their highest priorities. My driveway has never looked better. Thank you CF!

If you are considering a project that would require the services that CF provides, keep in mind that a strong background leads to warranty and protection. CF will provide quality and most importantly the ability and proven track record to stand behind their work.

CF has completed projects for me on my personal home as well as in business and I would not hesitate to use them again.
