My gosh where to start! If I could give 10 stars I would! Debbie and her team were amazing helping my parents sell their home so they could downsize quickly. The advice and guidance in getting us to market at a key time, how to make their home ready to sell, always being there to answer questions about the process was invaluable and incredibly helpful. When looking for an agent for the estate sale of my parents home, I wanted someone who would support me through the process and understand that it is not easy with the undercurrent of emotions. In walks Deb with a calm, caring demeanour. Immediately I feel I have a friend and that it’s going to be alright.
Through the process there was care and consideration and she did get tough when she needed to on our behalf. It never seemed like it was about her or her commission - she’s not that kind of agent. She provided great advice in a market that wasn’t favourable. In the end the house was sold and I was at peace, knowing that Deb helped me through this difficult step. After reading the reviews of Deb's work I'm not sure what I could add but I'll try.
Deb has been a friend for many years and when I decided to list my home I knew exactly who to call. Being physically unable to do most of what needed to be done I didn't need to worry. Everything that could be done was handled with professionalism and courtesy. All my questions and concerns were answered with true compassion. She went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or wanting to buy a property.
