Andrew is extremely attentive to detail and really went above and beyond in helping me from the beginning to the end of the real estate transaction. My closing was Jan 22, but he is still messaging me to make sure my move-in is successful. Not to mention, he measured every damn corner of my new home to help me with furniture shopping (seriously, I mean it when I say above and beyond). Even as someone experienced in the mortgage industry, he really helped to fill in the knowledge gaps, notably, sharing his knowledge on home renovations. This made me extremely confident in the home I picked, both in knowing what additional costs to expect, and overall helped me to determine when a particular purchase is just not worth it.

You won't find a more honest person. He voted AGAINST so many of my choices... at a certain point, I wasn't sure if he actually wanted his commission (crazy, right?). Andrew is truly passionate to help you find the home of your dreams, and ensuring that you are truly making a GOOD purchase. He constantly kept in mind all of the criteria that I was looking for, and continued to encourage me throughout the viewing process even when I felt like giving up (its a tough situation to be in). In the time I spent with Andrew, it is clear to see he is very clear-headed and strategic, and he really made sure that his advice was tailored to MY circumstances and needs. He is an extremely well-rounded individual and he comes with a wealth of knowledge that can be leveraged for many different types of situations.

I will 101% find him again when I upgrade to a bigger property and would recommend him to all my friends.

Worked and visited over 100 houses with Andrew in Richmond hill, Markham, north York, downtown and stouville, finally we choose the location of stouville to be our settled location in Canada regarding on the cost, size and neighborhood culture. As the new comer from HK, we are not familiar with many stuffs in this new area regarding house location pro and cons in different areas, daily transportation and nearby groceries shop and supermarket for our daily essential.

Honestly Andrew place extra and unrivalled patience to answer “all our questions” on how to select the right house and location even I don’t think that it is the obligation of property agent to do. Anyway, Andrew treat us as a friend to give us different types of knowledges in Canada especially the new comers in Canada.

To keep the house in well condition, it is needed to have the knowledges on plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, HVAC and insulation especially for the freezing season in Canada, thank you for Andrew to teach and guide us to build up these knowledges place for me and my lovely wife. 🥰

Also, extra sharing from Andrew are really helpful for us on car insurance, home inspection, and nearby restaurants. It gives us easier to start & adapt the local culture and environments.
