There are not enough superfluous adjectives to adequately describe the absolute gem of an agent and person Marnie is. After talking to a few realtors we had the extreme priviledge to work with Marnie Atwood while purchasing our first home. I honestly cannot say enough good things about working with her! She went well above and beyond on Many occasions. She made the whole process SO much easier to get through, and not just with the actual house search, but also with finding reliable professionals to also work with (lawyers, home inspectors, contractors, etc). She had wise words and support during a hectic, stressful and at times uncertain moments. She even helped when we ran into hiccups with the bank! She was always ready to offer help and support, always ready to listen and hear us out and offer personal and professional opinions.
