Je trouve qu'il sont pas humains juste le loyer .
J'habite à côté du pool et de la salle de réception avec lokalia il partait a 10 heure et les emplificateurs était pas permis puis il ont changé l'heure maintenant 7h du matin . Je peux plus dormir le matin et je suis pas tranquille le soir j'ai pris un rendez vous a la régie du logement car il veulent pas me donner un autre appartement sans que je paye trois mois. Voyons je pars pas je voulais même rester dans le même bloc .

J’habite à terrebonne et je ne trouve pas que centurion règle les problèmes vite. Ça fait un mois que je demande une commande pour le garage…..pas reçu encore. J’ai demandé d’être dédommagé avec un stationnement extérieur…toujours pas de réponse. Un gros manque de respect! Je ne recommande pas du tout et ne prévoie pas renouveler mon bail .

*Edit* I did email support as they invited below, and received NO insight about my situation. I’m incredibly disappointed, to say the least.

If I could leave no stars, I would. We lived in Steps for 3 years and were solid tenants. Always paid on time, kept good relations with neighbors, and even helped management convey important messages to tenants. We were honest about raising concerns when they happened (break-ins, disgusting upkeep of garage), but so was everyone else. After increasing security and cleanliness concerns, we made the decision to leave.

Six months later, we decided to try moving back purely because of the unit itself, location in Bridgeland, and having close friends in the building. We were denied, then told we have a balance owing. We were NEVER made aware of any outstanding balance in the last six months, never heard back about our security deposit when we did move, and it took over 4 days of multiple emails and messages from me to property management before someone answered and said even if we paid, we’d still be rejected. No one will tell me why, no one will give me any insight to this mysterious balance, and I feel incredibly disrespected and disappointed. I am honestly shocked Centurion allows such bad treatment of property, and someone who was a dedicated tenant for years. Now we’re left confused and heartbroken over not being able to be close by to our little community, and honestly, maybe it’s for the best if this is how they handle people. I’m just so stunned.

We have been living at 4 Antrim crescent, Scarborough for some years now. Since Jonathan joined the building it is much cleaner, better maintained and very organized. Jonathan is hard working, approachable and quick to respond. He is reliable and professional .

Do not rent at The Arc Langford. For 2000 (not including 75 for parking) there is no cupboard space, a ventless dryer that needs constant maintenance to keep drying clothes properly, sub par appliances, Dog smell that won't go away and a noisey bathroom fan that does not shut off. Other similar apartmemts in the building are going almost 200 dollars less. The building is never full yet my multiple requests to sign another lease at the going rate, was ignored. There are a dozen apt for rent by Centurion within one block that are cheaper than the one I am in now. I WILL TELL ANYONE THAT ASKES DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The market supply is starting to out grow demand yet they will not price the rent accordingly.

Ever since Jhonathan joined 4 Antrium Crescent, Scarborough, the building has completely turned around — a full 180. It’s much cleaner, better maintained, and far more organized compared to how it was under the previous building manager.

Given that this is a fairly remote location, having a dependable and proactive building manager makes a big difference — and Jhonathan has truly stepped up. He’s approachable, quick to respond, and communicates clearly with residents. His professionalism and attention to detail show that he genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live here.
