We've moved to our newly constructed home almost a year ago today. This house was constructed from the ground up. It was a very exciting experience and looking back at it, all the ups and downs were worth remembering. Working with our builder designing our interior thru the different supplier was always fun (sometimes tiring but still fun). What added to our positive experience was the responsiveness and helpfulness of our main contact person: Danna Wang (and her team). I'm sure there are still ways they can further improve their service but we're happy with what we got.

When you are so involved in choosing many aspects inside your home you feel like you're the one building it. And in the end you feel so proud of what you built.

This community is slowly growing but we're getting there. It's very quiet and so looking forward to seeing trees all around us and more families to enjoy the serenity of our surroundings. I'm glad I chose this place to call my home.

We purchased a detached newly constructed house in this subdivision December 2022. Spacious house with 9’ ceiling on open floor plan main floor, nice finishes, good location on quiet cul de sac, high ceilings in basement with upgraded walk out. Developer/vendor contact very responsive. Happy with purchase!
