Do not rent or buy here. In the almost 5 years I have owned my condo, the condo board has gone through four management companies. The building is unkept; it always has water leaks of some sort. They issue parking tickets for not having a parking tag, even if you register your plate with them. It took almost two months to fix one of the two doors to the underground garage. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere; you'll regret it the second you move in, especially if you buy.

Building manager is amazing. However, prepare for absolutely zero sound proofing. You will receive noise complaints if you even use the bathroom at night. The builders clearly cheaped out as much as they could with this place. No sound proof, no air conditioning, and now they wanna raise the rent 400$? Yikes.

Just amazing! I can't say enough amazing things.such a positive experience living here. Always friendly and warm staff. I made many meaningful relationships over my tenure there. Everyone's always a joy to speak with. I love the community feel that has been created and all the great people that make that happen. If you are looking for a place to live you won't find anything better!!! So close to anything you could need and on a walking path through nose creek.this place has the best staff and a fantastic manager and really great security!!!

Great management and cleaning staff. A nice building to live in. Quiet and friendly neighbors. With nosecreek waterway nearby, you will see the occasional Blue Heron, Geese, Rabbits, and Deer.
Close to amenities.
