Last year, we experienced water damage on all three floors of our house due to a toilet leak. Initially, we were assigned a different restoration company, but after months of back and forth, they dropped us as clients because we wanted upgrades. Thankfully, our insurance company then assigned our case to Yan Martel at RedTeam, and it was a completely different experience. We wish they would have been assigned to them from the beginning!
Yan guided us through the entire process, identifying discrepancies in the initial estimate that wouldn't have even covered the cost of restoring everything to its original state. Once these issues were resolved with our insurance, the work began promptly. We had many questions for him, and he always took the time to explain the process, and make sure we understood what was going on. We had work done on our master bathroom, kitchen, and basement, and we are incredibly happy with the quality of work done on our house. Yan and the RedTeam crew were professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I recently had an insurance claim for a traumatic incident at my home. Someone broke the patio door glass and entered my home while we were sleeping. This was discovered only when we got up and found shattered glass everywhere. The thief stole my road bike from the front hall and performed some disgusting behaviour in the back office. I had a call from Robert St. Lous, the person from the Red Team assigned to manage this insurance claim. He was very sympathetic and kind and made every arrangement to have the house put back in order. Robert called frequently to keep me informed about every detail that he had scheduled. The other hired professionals in this restoration team were also very courteous and would keep me notified as to their schedules. I was more than satisfied with how everything went smoothly to get my home back to normal. I highly recommend this restoration organization for such tasks, as they have the connections with all necessary services that perform with excellence as well. In particular, thank you Robert for your excellent skills of communication and project management.

We recently had the very good fortune to work closely with Eric Lebeau and his team on a claim we made with our Insurance Company following an extreme weather event In Ottawa in July 2023. Eric contacted us on a Sunday morning after a branch from our mature maple tree in the back yard sheared off during the storm and took down the power line and most of the fence on the west side of our property. Right from the start, my wife and I were impressed with Eric’s prioritization of the situation, which was to restore power as quickly as possible and to ensure our safety. With those twin goals in mind, Eric very efficiently made arrangements for an electrician to reconnect the power to our house and for a team of arborists to clean up the yard, remove debris and ultimately take down the tree which was unstable and likely to cause further problems in the immediate future. Both teams were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Their selection doubtless reflects Eric’s own expertise as an experienced and meticulous tradesman himself. As this to say that my wife and I were very impressed by Eric’s professionalism, his commitment to service and his frankly pleasant personal demeanour, all the more so given the fact that our own extreme weather event was followed by another just weeks later.

The team who worked on my property were very friendly, and cleaned the construction area after each day at the property. I had the work done in May 2022 and have had no quality issues or follow up work needed.

I recently had an unfortunate water event in our house and our insurance company sent over Chris from Redteam to assess. Chris was fantastic to deal with and explained everything well, how the damage would be dealt with, etc.

The next day, a crew arrived to remove the damaged drwall, insulation and carpeting and dry things out. These guys were real pros. Sealed off the area so no further mess would be made, cleaned everything well and left some industrial dryers. They were great guys to boot, explained everything to me, what they were applying to disinfect, etc.

I then had to get my foundation fixed (insurance doesn't cover this) but once I had this done, the drywall chap Redteam sent over was the "Van Gough" of drywall. He did a phenomenal job, then painted wall and replaced the trim. Seriously, it was better than new!

Finally the flooring. The folks Redteam brought in for replacing the carpeting were amazing (GC Flooring). Everyone from the sales chap to the actual guy who did the work were brilliant and I couldn't be happier with the results.

This almost sounds like a "too good to be true" review but really, I was incredibly happy with everything Redteam did and everyone they sent to do work at our house. I'd use their services again in a second and I highly, highly recommend them.
