We trusted CCR Renovations with our en-suite renovation, exterior wood rot, new exterior railing and interior barn door install. The results were well beyond our expectations! From the initial meeting to determine the scope of work and obtain a quote, Matt walked us through multiple scenarios in detail to assist with narrowing down our overall vision. The meetings and phone calls with Matt were never rushed, very professional and the initial quote was easily reworked a few times to accommodate our budget, needs and priorities.

Once the project started, Conor walked us through what would happen on and off site behind the scenes, and every project management detail such as communication methods, responsibilities for us and CCR, subcontractor scheduling, billing instalments from Sam in the office, as well as an overall project timeline. This was extremely helpful to have upfront so there were no surprises along the way. Stuart is the owner and oversees the project with Conor. I always felt he was up to speed with any obstacles or progress and his depth of experience was evident in the work delivered.

Greg was our overall crew lead, and we looked forward to seeing him every time! It is obvious he loves what he does, he was professional but also relaxed with us to make us feel comfortable.
Greg always looked out for what was best for us and was an excellent liaison between the PM, his crew and the subs.

The team onsite was amazing! Darren, Mason, Lucas, Brandon and Tyler worked so well together. They worked so well off each other’s strengths and experiences. The senior crew members always took the time to teach the others to build their skills. They were very respectful of our home, time and budget throughout the project. They were on time, communicated next steps and ensured the timing of each piece of the work was on schedule as the other trades were reliant on their tasks.

The overall look and feel of the en-suite was brought together by Tara who was always responsive, provided numerous style options and was professional when steering us in the right design direction. She was patient, responsive and showed genuine excitement for the project choices! Ciara performed all of the interior painting with such precision and all finishing touches were done with care, never rushed.

All projects come with challenges, and we had a few surprises along the way with the exterior wood rot issue. The damage was more extensive structurally than expected – everyone’s greatest fear. We felt that CCR managed the situation carefully and were very fairly cost wise. They were open and honest about the unknowns. The end results were better than we hoped, and our home is now structurally safe, and future proofed against further damage.

We cannot wait to work with CCR again to further improve our home. We HIGHLY recommend this company. They care about the quality of their work and treat their clients with profound respect. Before and after pics attached.

CCR transformed our entire main floor into our dream living space. Our kitchen was completely gutted and redesigned. Two load bearing walls were removed to extend the size of our kitchen. We are beyond happy with the transformation. CCR was professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with before, during, and after the project was completed.
