I’ve had a great experience living in Castlegrove building. The landlord and management team are incredibly nice, professional, and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and always completed with great care and professionalism. The building manager is especially kind and welcoming, which really makes this place feel like home. I truly appreciate the respectful and supportive environment they’ve created.

An absolute awful place to have called home for the couple months I was here, I’d steer clear if you don’t like messy and unclean or if you need to use an elevator.. lawns and property hardly ever tended to, garbage always piled up. Elevator never in service. Poor to no ventilation in laundry room, warm air blowing out of buildings vents in the summer, no control over the overly hot baseboard heaters, bugs and and cockroaches found in units and when told to the land lord nothing was done, not enough parking spots close to the building. Dangerously slippery plastic covered stairs on stairwells that you are forced to use because the elevator never worked. I am very happy to not call this place home anymore!

Have been here for 5 years, and it is an exceptional building with great staff. Today maintenance staff came in - Adam and Edgardo - and they were just superb. Professional, experienced, polite, and great workers!

Just settling into my apartment at Castlegrove Estate with first impressions being very positive. Nice location in London close to Western University. Building is well maintained, lobby and hallways very clean. On move in day I found my apartment freshly painted and sparkling clean. Kitchen is small but lots of cupboard space, new appliances and a full size refrigerator. Bathroom fixtures are new and very nice. Lots of cupboard space and storage throughout the apartment. Large balcony overlooking the estate that's surrounded by mature trees. The building is very quiet and secure.
Many thanks to Kathryn the manager who went above and beyond to answer all my move in questions. As well thanks to staff for their hard work. Highly recommend Castlegrove Estates.

We moved to Castlgrove Blvd over 6 months ago. We feel safe and welcomed in this community. It is well maintained, has lot of positive energy as you enter the property. I also like the fact that Boardwalk properties often work towards contributing to the well-being of the community, putting out engaging surveys and small fun activities, etc. We really like the maintenance staff (Abdul) and the property manager (Nyasha); they are committed and hardworking. We feel good about the decision we made to move to Castlegrove!

The worst experience with boardwalk. Been tenants for 3 years and had no issues until May 2019. We bought a tesla and requested the spot beside our patio and they turned us down as they dont assign spots, even though we were asking for anywhere to charge our car. Contacted higher ups at boardwalk and it was solved. But now were being borderlined harassed by the landlords and a few tenants above us. Apparently us taking more then 1 minute to pick up dog poop as the other dog doesnt finish the same time as the other is not fast enough. Its to the point where weve had to contact legal, tenant board and filled the correct complaints on the tenants.
yet when we sent complaints due to people TOSSING cigarettes on our bottom floor patio for a year they didnt do anything!
