We've recently moved into castlebrook and the experience has been so smooth and easy. The apartments are really clean and maintenance is available 24/7. The employees have been an absolute joy, especially Owen who has gone above and beyond during the entire process. From walking us through paperwork and showing us the apartment, I felt very secure and breezed through the otherwise stressful process.

Disappointed Experience – Unprofessional and Misleading

We just visited the rental office.after checking the price and availability online. We also called and spoke with an agent who confirmed the same details. However, when we arrived, the person we met was very unprofessional—he didn’t introduce himself and immediately quoted a price $50 higher than what we had confirmed online and over the phone. Without seeing the place also.

We explained that we had carefully verified all costs beforehand and made the trip with our baby, only to find that the price and information had changed. This was incredibly frustrating and a waste of our time. It’s unacceptable for a management company to advertise one price, confirm it over the phone, and then change it upon arrival. Experiences like this make it difficult to trust building managers and businesses that operate this way.

I would not recommend dealing with this property if you value transparency and professionalism.

Stayed with a friend for a short time, staff are great however the creepiest neighbours or complex. Found little holes and cracks everywhere. Felt like we were getting spyed on. Wasn't to thrilled about the use of pesticides on the grass either. Security cameras should be on every floor not just the main floor. My friend is liking to live here, I however would not like to live here.

We moved into broadstreet back in July after making the move from our first apartment in Calgary. We were looking for a pet friendly building and we were really struggling to find one in Edmonton. This apartment was the first of many places we viewed in Edmonton and when it came down to deciding we came back again and finally decided this was our home. Ever since our move in we have had no complaints! Everything here runs very smoothly, and the office staff, Jason and Owen have been nothing short of amazing. From the move in process, to switching from a 1 bed to a two bed, to any maintenance needed in our units, we have never had an issue. All of our questions and concerns are always answered in a timely matter. In fact I called Owen today about a cupboard hinge that was loose in my kitchen and within 30 minutes someone was at my unit to fix it. I would recommend Castlebrook greens to anyone looking for an amazing place to live!

Castle Brooke Greens is a fantastic place to live! In addition to the great suites, the property manager, Jason, is awesome. This is my first time experiencing a property manager who is very personable and attentive to the tenets. I previously had a one bedroom apartment and needed something bigger, but I did not want to leave Castle Brooke Greens and so Jason found me a new home right at home. Also, my moving out process wasn’t very simple and Jason was very patient and accommodating to all my needs. Moreover, Owen, who works with Jason in the office, was very kind and attentive to me when needed. I highly recommend looking into these buildings if you were wanting to move into a great area, with beautiful suites, and great management.

I Love living at this location, Absolutely love the lay out, cleaners very friendly, the leasing office staff are amazing, any questions/ concerns I do have Jason & Owen are quick to respond. Must Say Owen is funny always asks where my dog is. Can tell they both genuinely love the pets that do live here.

We have been living at castle brook greens for over a year now and we’ve had the most outstanding service and experience with the environment and friendly staff. Jason laissi has made our experience outstanding by always accommodating our needs and treating his tenants like family. If I can give greater than 5 stars I really would.

Noel came last week for maintenance requests. He is the only original staff left I believe from when we first moved in 3.5 years ago. He is always eager to help, has had to replace our washer a couple months ago which is amazing I must add...Actually having enough water in the machine finally and not having to add 3-5 buckets of water every load is a huge relief. Last week he came to look at our dryer and a bath plug with a peg/bolt stuck in it and obstructing drainage. He was eager to help again, and we will see if the issues resolved after use. We are long term tenants and love living in CastleBrook neighborhood, and love the A/C and full size laundry in suite. Most cleaning and maintenance staff seem to have gone. Manager is responsive to maintenance and upkeep calls. However I have heard there is now a new community fee that is going to be charged every month after lease renewals for tenants. This is quite concerning and seems to be just another cash grab to increase profits when we don't even use the dog wash, dog run or playground etc. We sadly may have to look at moving next year. 😭
