I purchased an Escape home through Carrington last Summer. As a first time buyer I had lots of concerns, questions, etc. Carrington really stood out for quality, finishing, patience and customer service, Samantha made this process hassle free for me and that helped me a lot. She answered all my questions and kept me in the loop the whole process. She was amazing and I highly recommend dealing with her if you are in the market for a new condo. Oh, and I love the 9 ft ceilings and the balcony.

I am extremely disappointed with Carrington, the builder of our condo. They did not properly implement water protection measures, leading to significant issues. Many of the support pillars have rotted from the inside, making several balconies unsafe to use. Water is leaking into the basement garage. Now, each unit owner is facing a $20,000 bill to fix these problems. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and Carrington doesn't need to carry any responsibility since the issues only arose after the homeowner warranty expired. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before choosing Carrington.

I purchased a condo from Carrington at the Northshore location for my first home. The entire experience was great from the first time I walked into the sales office. Jamie (the Project Sales Manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She and the legal team went above and beyond to coordinate a move in date that accommodated my busy schedule. The few minor touch ups that have been needed were appropriately addressed through the warranty. I have lived in my condo for a year now and I am very happy with it.

I had an amazing experience buying my condo! Jamie was absolutely the most wonderful person to deal with. The updates I received while my condo was being built were SO wonderful and kept me in the loop. Everything that Carrington, Jamie or any other person to do with condo was very warm, friendly and most of all professional. I really appreciated being treated like my 1 bedroom condo mattered just as much as the huge suites. I am a very happy buyer!

Christine and Valorie took us through the show suites and showed us the building at EDGE at Larch Park. Prices were in line. Very nice modern floor plans were offered. Few but very good choices of themes for the units. Good upgrades offered at reasonable prices. Within 2 weeks we signed up and bought a new unit. As planned within 9 months we moved in. Love it here. Owners are very nice. Carrington staff was and is very helpful. We would definitely recommend to buy a Carrington Community.

As a first time home buyer, Jamie the sales rep was absolutely amazing making the process easy to understand and helping with any questions or concerns I had. I have been in my condo for one year now and have had very little issues and any issue I had within the first year was dealt with in an efficient manner. Radford was also amazing and super helpful if I had any issues. I loved the workmen and attention to detail in my suite and have had amazing feedback from family and friends. I can occasionally hear my neighbors or people in the hallway however that is expected in an apartment style condo in my opinion. Great experience overall!

Every person I met during the process of buying a home with Carrington made things easy and straightforward. I initially looked at their homes because a cousin had bought from them and I was glad I went with them! Whether it was sales, quality control, builders, or legal, everyone was wonderful to talk to.

Jamie in particular was amazing to work with. She made the process of buying the home simple. She was readily available for any questions but went above and beyond keeping me up to date with what was happening even when my purchase had to be delayed for months! Even after I've moved in, she is available for any questions which pop up.

I'm (and continue to be) impressed and happy with Carrington's service!

Implanted a water proof membrane improperly resulting in a 2.3 million dollar special assessment and there will be another assessment incoming due to their poor practices. Do not buy any property from them regardless how nice it looks. If they cut corners on my former place I'm sure they have elsewhere.
