Do not rent here! Save yourself the nightmare of living in an ant infested building. Our entire building has been infested with ants since 2019. And good luck getting a hold of anyone if you need anything. Leslie who is in charge of things here, gets nothing accomplished, she is rude, and has flat out lied to us on several occasions. We have had water damaged walls and ceilings almost the entire time we have lived here due to the roof leaks, and they have no interest in fixing anything. We do have an online portal where you can ask for things to be done, but half the time they do nothing about it, or they will literally make fun of you or pick apart anything they can about what you're trying to report. They will enter your unit whenever they feel like it. So get ready for that! They do not ever provide us with a proper right of entry. Should be 24 hours prior, never is!

I have lived here since 2016 and have had no real issues or concerns. The new owners are slowly getting things repaired & up to code, and seem quite nice and easy to work with. It's family, and pet friendly and most tenants are decent! Rent is competitive with other properties and close to stores and schools, also is on a city bus route! Overall I like it here, I feel safe, and any issues are always dealt with as quickly as possible!

Only gave a 1 because there was no ZERO option. Going on day 5 during a heat wave without hot water to shower or do dishes. Capreit is a joke. All that's required is spending a "little" of the high rent they charge to get a NEW hot water tank. 36 families (most with children) all suffering because of this. They use unlicensed plumbers, electricians etc etc etc etc to PATCHWORK ANY problems. Got plenty of video going back several years of thier absolute disregard and disrespectful attitude towards hard working Canadians. SHAME ON YOU CAPREIT. SHAME ON YOU!!

Lived here for over 8 years. The owners keep up with maintenance. Very friendly and safe. Very pet friendly. The owners also try to make sure that everything is up-to-date coded for safety.

the people who own the building take great care of it if you have an issue they will deal with the problem how ever one of the maintenance employers that is still working here likes go around telling other tenants personal information to other residents in the building it is very un professional

Really nice place to live, new owners are working hard to fix the place up, and landlord, Jay & chris are friendly people who work hard to get things fixed as quickly as possible.
