We are so thankful to have Parker as our realtor! Not only is he responsive and very knowledgeable about the Canmore market, but he’s also has a lot of information and awareness of the different areas to share the pros and cons based on your lifestyle and personal preference with how you will use your property. Parker was very patient with us, and quick to react when we needed it but with no pressure from his side. This was very evident in his access to early listings and taking the time to walk us through properties over video calls since we live 5 hours away. We love our unit and this is thanks to Parker taking the time to learn what we would like, and acting on listings just coming to market so that we could take advantage early. We will definitely use Parker again when we sell and purchase any other properties.

It was an excellent experience working with Parker Smyth who smoothly facilitated the process of remotely purchasing a condo in Canmore while I remained in Regina. I had previously looked at similar unit and when a condo came up that matched all my criteria Parker made sure that a timely and appropriate offer was made, accepted, and any issues that arose were quickly addressed. We had the pleasure of working with Parker Smyth when we were looking to purchase a rental property in Canmore. We loved Parker’s honest approach.
