Ryan brings to the table the combination of creativity in design and fully understands the engineering required to put it altogether. I usually design and engineer my own builds but the extensive renovation I planned to do on my house was far more than I was capable of. I basically knew what I wanted but just could not put it together. Ryan drew it up perfectly. The construction went without a hitch and the building inspector was very impressed buy the way it was all put together.

We were looking for a house designer once we decided to rebuild our cottage vs renovating it. Ryan was a referral from our contractor - Blake Rickman Construction. Ryan is amazing to deal with and created a beautiful design for our new place. His attention to detail and design ideas were amazing. He was easy to work with and offered great ideas, opinions and advice. He has exceeded our expectations and has gone above and beyond what was required. He stands by his work and is very knowledgeable in the industry - he got involved when we were having permit issues with the city and had everything cleared up very quickly with no extra charges. We would highly recommend Ryan for any design/engineer services.

Ryan is a great Architect and a Civil Engineer. It was a pleasure working with him to get the house plans done. Ryan pays attention to details and is very responsive to issues concerns about the use of space. Always putting out ideas as to how the design could be made efficient. We worked with Ryan to help us design a complete renovation of a nearly 70 year old bungalow. We knew we needed professional advice and we needed to work with someone with the knowledge of what was possible and the creative vision to help us imagine how to bring our ideas to life.
