I purchased the Marcus C unit and love our little home. 1500 sq feet of living space. Sound proof units AND even managed to fit my SUV in the garage! Great price point. We are excited for the construction to be completed so we can take advantage of the walking paths, parks and gardens! Chirstine from Slokker is a gem to deal with and always available to answer any questions.

We have lived in our townhouse for over a year. From the start Melissa , Brydon, Christine and Paula have been an amazing team to deal with. We felt comfortable with them and the information that was presented to us. After a year we are happy that we chose a Slokker home. They have made sure that all our concerns are addressed and they continue to make sure that we as home owners are happy with our choice. The neighbors are great and find it fairly quiet. With any project there will always be a few hiccups and that is to be expected but Slokker and their team are always there to respond to any concerns and prompt with communication. The design is to our liking.

Couldn't be happier with my Marcus C unit. It is everything I wanted. Great layout with a great price point. Melissa was amazing and because of her, I was able to change the layout to what I want... from a 3 bedroom to 2 master ensuite. Thank you!

We bought house in March 2021 and the service provided by them was terrible. We reported few issues such as broken washroom tiles and roof fascia in April 2021. We contacted them through email, portal and phone calls multiple times throghout the year and now it’s been over a year that no one come to fix even single request. This is the service slokker homes provide to their customer. As it was brand new house, we have expected everything perfect but it was below all our expectations. Also, the sidewalk was broken when they were constructed the house told by one of the construction person and it will be fixed by them, however no one came. I don’t know who else to contact as they are doing nothing to complete the requests submitted from a year. Annoying and unexpected service provided by slokker homes. In future, we won’t be recommending anyone slokker homes.

I do snow removal that but all the homes are beautiful anyone is looking to buy a home any area is nice I would advise them to go take a look at them I have a friend that's doing construction there building a hand on the company we work for today really make sure that job is going with right on the par
