The shuttle bus service provided by Canada Coach Lines is an excellent way to reduce vehicle congestion at Lake Louise. By limiting the number of cars heading to the parking lots, the system helps improve traffic flow and ensures a smoother experience for all visitors.

SAFE AND SCENIC RIDE

Ben, our bus driver from the Lake Louise Ski Resort to Lake Louise, provided a fantastic experience. He drove safely and smoothly, making the journey both comfortable and enjoyable. We met up with Alastair, another experienced bus driver at a stop enroute to the lake. The scenic route added to the overall experience, making the trip even more memorable.

FRIENDLY EVENT COORDINATION

Alex, the Event Coordinator, greeted us as we stepped off the bus and was incredibly helpful. His warm welcome and willingness to assist anyone in need were greatly appreciated.

COMFORTABLE AND WELL-EQUIPPED BUSES

The buses were modern and well-maintained, featuring comfortable leather seats, footrests, and pop-out tables for convenience. These small details made a big difference in the overall travel experience.

We had an amazing experience with Canada Coach Lines at Banff National Park through Mesfin our driver who gave us a smooth ride to all the scenery we needed to watch. He picked us up to and from downtown Calgary. I highly recommend the company for all your travels as the buses are comfortable, good air conditioning and great service from the driver such as Mesfin.

Had a great experience with CanadaCoachlines Bus. The bus was clean and comfortable, and our driver David was professional and friendly. A smooth, safe ride—highly recommend!

Came out of the airport to the car park and bus was blocking the whole handicap ramp, when we said something he was rude and only moved the bus an inch, still blocking the ramp.

Took driver 45 minutes to find us in the EXACT PICK UP AREA we were told to be at airport. Driver finally left bus parked and started walking to find us! The bus was dirty AND horribly miserably hot. We asked driver repeatedly (5 times) to please turn on air conditioning as hot air was coming out of the vents. He kept telling us it would take time to kick in - it NEVER kicked in after 2 hours. All 28 of us were miserable. I finally asked driver to open his window which did nothing. The speed limit was 110, everyone was passing us so I looked at his speedometer and he rarely drove faster than 65! Given he was 30 minutes late picking us up and driving so slow we arrived my planned reception at the hotel 1/2 hour late. I would like to send a photo here of the people in bus sweating and dripping wet coming off bus but they would not appreciate.

Recent tour with Canada Coach (Coach #605 on 07/15/2017) was a truly wonderful experience. Driver was very informative, very professional, polite, and EXTREMELY capable of getting the large bus out of very congested parking areas. Amazing driver and great experience.

Lou Anthoney was our coach driver. He was very helpful the entire trip from Calgary to Vancouver, B.C.. He not helped the travelers but he also helped the tour director as much as he could. He was also very professional and pleasant to talk to at any time.
