I recently moved into this building, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic with a special thanks to Juline and Kensie! From the very beginning, they went out of their way to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, responsiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way.

Not only was the move-in process smooth, but the building itself has proven to be a pleasure to call home. It’s incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The neighbors are kind and respectful, and the common areas are always kept clean and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a pleasant, positive and well-managed living environment

We absolutely love this building. It is one of the best we have lived in. Our dogs (a 90lb golden and a 50lb husky) love it and all the grass around. It’s nice to walk the trail and the neighborhood nearby. The building is still under construction in many ways but we enjoy watching it come together. We’ve been here almost a month and any of the fire alarm complaints from other reviews have been solved. The alarm went off once the day we moved in and never again! The staff is super friendly and Cecilia and Kyle are very communicative. The rules in your lease are taken seriously and I love it! Love that it’s non smoking too.

My wife and I moved into Camby couple of weeks ago from the US. It has been an amazing experience so far! The staff and management are very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. I want to give a huge shout out to Juline who has gone the extra mile to not only help with a smooth process of moving in but also has provided great recommendations in Cambridge and Kitchener area to make our settling into Canada way easier! Top notch facilities! Amazing gym and fantastic games arena (there is a ping pong table!). Lastly, the neighbors are very friendly and the community is very secure. We are very happy to call Camby our home !?

The leasing office staff are not only professional but genuinely friendly; they remember your name and always greet you with a smile.

The amenities offered here are top-notch as well. The gym is well-equipped and maintained, the common areas are always clean and inviting.

Location-wise, Camby couldn't be better. It's conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around whether you're commuting or exploring the city.

We’ve been renting an apartment from Camby Modern Rentals in Cambridge, ON, and it has been a great experience. The apartment is well-designed and equipped with everything we need. The location is convenient, with easy access to Highway 401 and nearby shopping centers.

The building has a friendly community with considerate neighbors, and the staff is always polite and helpful. The on-site amenities, like the well-equipped gym, add great value to our stay.

One minor downside is the ongoing landscaping work, which can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s clear that the management is committed to making continuous improvements.

Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend Camby Modern Rentals to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Cambridge.
