Our shower pan was leaking, and we reached out for help. Allan and Mark came to investigate the issue and determined that redoing the entire shower pan was the best solution. It was a significant amount of work, but Allan handled it with the utmost professionalism. He completed the job efficiently, and now there is no leakage whatsoever. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work

We also want to extend our thanks to Lisa Giglia and Linda for their constant follow-up and support throughout the process. They were incredibly helpful in scheduling appointments at convenient times and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

the worst builders that I have ever dealt with. No quality in the work being done. Just cookie cutter jobs. If we knew how bad they treat the buyers we would never have bought a home from them. Customer service is a joke. If you're looking for a new home. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Update: the homeowner experience team (which is supposed to be the point of contact for homeowners) is now ignoring all my calls, voicemails and emails. I essentially have no one to contact because the website directs you to…you guessed it, the homeowner experience team. The most appalling customer service experience I have ever encountered. Management either doesn’t know (since there is no way to contact them) or doesn’t care since they have already made you sign a purchase agreement. I went through this experience so you don’t have to - stay away from this builder!

Honestly, find another builder if you can for new builds and you’ll be happier. We are buying a new house from Cachet in the Binbrook community, not happy with the experience at all. Sales people gave us the wrong information on brick colors which we used to make our decision on a $1m+ home, the actual brick ended up being different and of course the builder says we signed something with a clause that they could change stuff. We also paid for some hot water line rough ins that the builders plumber refused to install in the house, and the alternative obviously was for us to spend more money to line Cachets pockets. Every small thing is an extra and they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction. I have left messaged with the person assigned to me multiple times to have a chat about our bricks issues and get emails but no call backs…it’s like they are afraid to own up to their own sales persons mistake.

I booked my first home in this community with Rehan and his team. My experience was good so far. All necessary information has been provided on a timely manner and support is always available on email or telephone. I am pretty satisfied and will 100% recommend.

Well , I have. A Roof Leaking During Heavy Rain And I Figured The Water Is Coming Down From Roof ,Next Day I Called Them and The Technician Arrived Very Next Day To Have a Look On that .They Told Me That This Work Will Take 3 to 4 visits to make it Done they already Changed The Shingles On ToP and Also Changed The Aluminium Works Close The Wall , they Changed The Moistured Part Of Dry wall Too .Over all, The Issue I Figured Out was Done By The Cachet Team And Thanks To Lisa Giglia For Constant Follow Up On The Works And Scheduling Appointments on Convenient Time.

I have to admit that I am a little bit surprised after reading some of the negative reviews so I decided to share my experiences with Cachet Homes.

I have previously owned two other new builds (Greenpark and Sundial) and my new Cachet home is no different in terms of build quality, would I like to see some things done with more care, sure.

The few deficiencies that I have encountered after moving in have been dealt with rather quickly and properly thanks to the responsiveness of the customer care team, namely Olivia R. and Adam K.

Both Olivia and Adam have been great to work with. They listened and followed up on all outstanding issues which I greatly appreciate.

Pandemic is not over and it has taken a toll on everyones lives. There are vultures out there trying to benefit from anything and everything. I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to buy from this builder. They have no remorse for people going through tough times due to financial circumstances. There was an assignment clause in our contract and the builder denied the request which is we are rightfully entitled to. we requested many times and explained that we had no idea we would end up in this situation but they had no remorse. On top of all that They charged us 5,000 extra to just extend the closing date by a week. They did not conduct a PDI nor let us do one. After closing i did a walk around the house and the finishings are nothing short of horrific and unprofessional.
