We just moved into our home built by C2 Homes and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful the entire C2 team is. From getting started with Nazz to completing the build with Sandro, to the Design team with Deidre the experience was so smooth and they have the utmost patience. Communication was consistent and we never felt like a number, they treat everyone like family! Lorna is amazing and always responded quickly! We had never built before and they made it so easy and smooth and never once were we made to feel like we had stupid questions which I am sure we did! And to top it all off the house is perfect! I would recommend them to anyone! This experience was beyond perfect and I cannot say it enough that this team is incredible!

We built our home with C2 and moved in this August. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish dealing with Sandro and Nazz.
As they were consummate professionals attending to all aspects of the build and having excellent communication throughout the process. With most of their trades being apart of their team for many years....you know you're getting the best from the foundation to the finishing. C2 was immensely transparent and honest allowing us to be involved throughout the entire build.

I have had several homes built in past years the last one was built by C2 Homes. C2 Homes Quality, Schedule and Pricing exceeded any previous builder. Their staff is very attentive to any issues you experience even when it's outside their warranty time. I have 70ft RV Pad next to the house that was completed by C2 Homes and again it exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend C2 Homes has a custom builder.

Surprised to see the negative reviews of C2 homes and not sure what the context is about the "safety of kids" comments. Our experience with the company has been extremely positive.
We purchased a home in their new project in Starling and have been very satisfied with not only the quality of the build but also the excellent follow-up and ongoing customer service.
We were one of the first owners in the project that was going to be a major construction zone for awhile. C2 went out of their way to keep us informed and minimize the impacts on resident owners. If there were any concerns we never had to phone them as a manager from the company was on site every day! We simply had to walk out, speak to him directly and the issue was addressed in a reasonable manner.
Along the way C2 discovered some deficiencies in their units and made changes to the new units being built to remedy them. They included us in the fixes even though they were under no obligation to do so as we had already finalized our deals.
We are now past our warranty period and C2 continues to make adjustments for us at no additional cost. They are a family run company with good solid values. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to our own friends and family.

The owners were on site whenever we went to check on the progress of our home ,they would always take the time to speak to us and update us on the build and answer any questions we had. We just built a home with C2 and I cannot say enough great things about them. The entire process was smooth and timely. Nazz was so helpful in our decision making process for the lot and the floor plan. The interior design team, Lisa and Deidre, had amazing options for us to choose from and were so accommodating with the changes we wanted. They completely customized a standard floor plan for us. The main Contractor, Sandro was always quick to reply to phone calls and emails, and he really took the time to make sure we were always on the same page! Cheryl in the office was 10/10 for customer service and she made this whole process feel almost completely stress free! I would definitely build with them again, and if you are in the market to build, I would highly recommend giving the team at C2 Homes a call!
