C & E had installed the boiler in our house for the sellers and have kept them coming in for the yearly servicing to maintain warranty on it. Dave was helpful in showing the basics of boiler heat to a rookie.

Great people all round. Had to use the SHA emergency program, and through all of the hoops and tribulations Jeremy and the staff were fantastically generous and helpful, the installation crew friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

I do not recommend this company at all. They did the original plumbing and furnace installation in our house. A year after moving in we got tired of 5 min or less lukewarm showers. We called them they came decided what the problem was and replaced the part under warranty great? Not! It fixed nothing and they sent us a huge bill. Fast forward a couple years and the furnace springs a leak so it needs replacement(not c and e fault) but as we go through getting it replaced we find out that despite the clearly colour coded lines and the labelled gas furnace the dummies hooked it up backwards causing the hot water line to draw from the bottom on the cold side. Something a first year would know. Something my husband who isn’t a plumber knew was wrong!!!

Do not recommend this company for any gas furnace related problems. I was deployed for work (military) & My family including a new born was at home when the furnace quit working at 4a.m. A representative showed up to fix the furnace and diagnosed the problem as parts in the furnace. One part was cleaned and one was ordered for replacement. After having left the house the furnace quit immediately after and the representative was unreachable. After trying for far too long our family had to call another company Discount plumbing & heating ( highly recommended ) and fixed the actual problem which was ice buildup at the intake / outtake area. It was mentioned that the furnace door had been replaced upside down making it hard to open to check out the rest of the furnace. C&E did not take off their boots (making a mess) and Discount plumbing did. One month later C&E billed us $150 and discount charged us less for actually fixing the problem. When confronted C&E was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional stating it was my word against theirs.

Our air conditioner quit working and they figured out the problem right away and fixed it not like another pluming and heating place in Moose Jaw that just put the freon in and charged for that service which didn’t last very long because that wasn’t the problem. They are always friendly and give good service.

Crooks. They melted my siding with a blowtorch when running some water lines under my house, refused to fix it or pay for repair. Also charged me 3 hours labour over the time it actually took. Original bill was about $1200, I paid the bill down to about $350 and was in negotiations with them for the balance vs what they owed me for damages and overcharging. Suddenly, I get a call from a collection agency for the full $1200. I say again, crooks.
