We have recently required a plumbing company to update our existing hot water / heating system. Our first and only choice was Burmac Mechanical 2000.
Pat visited us at home to evaluate was what required, then sent out a top of the line boiler with James & Dave.
This team provided excellent service and communication.
Their work is top shelf! Upon completion, James explained how the new system worked , and how to perform yearly maintenance .
The service quality, and pride of workmanship definitely earned a Five Star review from me.

Did a great job with our new furnace water heater AC and softener But have called and visited many times to ask them to come back and as they didn’t bypass the outside water and we are now watering my grass with salt. Also asked for outside tap shut offs but have not been able to get anyone to come out to us. I like to use local contractors but will need to go further a field to a company not so busy.

Absolutely fantastic service! Steve was honest, kind and super helpful. We needed help with a leaking tub faucet in a very old mobile home in Ailx. He not only repaired that, but showed us the water shut-off valves under the cobweb-filled trailer, the breaker panel for the hot water tank and even the temperature adjustments on the hot water tank (he fixed that too).
Would Absolutely hire them again!

I submitted my furnace issue over a weekend knowing they are not open until 8 am on Monday. Was called prior to 8 a.m on this day and Linda had Robin dispatched to our home by 8:30 a.m . Furnace repaired shortly after 9. Robin explained what was done and also replaced a part to mitigate a potential future issue which is appreciated.
Prompt top notch Service with delivered value.

Excellent service! They were very fast and polite and managed to get my broken water main fixed within 24 hours with minimal inconvenience to our household.

Burmac Mechanical is my first call anytime I have an issue with my furnace or mechanical systems. They are fast, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest and fair. I had an emergency call out on a Sunday afternoon and James was there in 25 minutes. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and identify the problem and he had it fix right away. A real professional who obviously takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to call (James) Burmac Mechanical.

I had to call three times to come take a look at my furnace in my garage and when they finally showed up I got a bill for 310.72 . I was billed 2 hrs of labor and he was here for about 15 - 20 min. I was over billed for milage and 3.29 for shop supplies and all he did was use his flashlight to get some info to write on a piece of paper.
I was totally not impressed and when I called I was basically told there wasn't anything that could be done about the bill.
