We’ve used them for years. They’re reliable and responsive. One of their people came to service our furnace the other day and went way beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

The technician come in a few hours which was great, the furnace decided to run fine when the tech. was here, had no problems since, but still great service from Bryan's.

I have been getting fuel from Bryan's for six years. I am writing this review now as I have had two furnaces installed by Bryan's in the last 12 months (two different properties). To say the first installation was a disaster would be an understatement. The workmanship was poor, the job was rushed, and Bryans returned to site three separate days for three different issues to be reworked and correctly install the furnace. I decided to give them a second chance, and the second furnace was installed flawlessly without issues, the first time. Amazing to see they take feedback seriously and make improvements to their workmanship, and quality. They really care about customer service.

I know this is a little late but here goes. Our furnace quit on the Saturday of the Polar Vortex. Bryan's Fuels answered our emergency call and a tech called within 30 minutes and he was at our house in an hour. Although they had to order the part and come back to fix we were back in the warmth by Tuesday morning. Thank you so much Bryan's Fuels. Would highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with my furnace and hot water tanks, called Bryan's Fuel and Ron was dispatched. Turned out to be something outside of their scope but Ron gave me good suggestions to get it fixed. Not many do that usually leave you to figure it out. Thank you Ron forgoing above and your suggestions worked I'm all fixed now. Highly recommend this company 👍👍

Absolutely terrible experience with Bryan’s. The technician who re did the entire hvac system in our house put in such little care and effort, and left areas incomplete or disconnected. We are beyond disappointed with the lack of service we received and would not recommended this company.

Been with Bryan’s for over 4 years since we purchased our home and they installed my new furnace. Had problems with the output and consumption of propane was high. Placed service call to Bryan’s, tech arrived and said nothing was wrong. Had a different vendor come out and the set-up limits were wrong causing high consumption.
I also receive my propane from them. They deliver timely however don’t be a day late on paying your bill within the 20 days allowed or they’ll slap you with a $25++ service charge. And don’t try and call the office - IF they return your call, it will come with a condescending, rude attitude. Shameful customer service if you want to call it that.

I just want to say thank you to Bryan’s Fuels for thinking ahead, and sending a truck on Saturday February 15th of the long weekend to make sure I had enough fuel to get me through the long weekend, and beyond. So thoughtful! I hadn’t even realized it was getting low. Thank you to Matt H. for working on a Saturday.
I have been using Bryan’s Fuels for ten years since I switched to propane, and they have been always been lovely to deal with.
