Trash company that exploit their contracts with the city, to do the same roadwork over and over, often leaving roads torn up for months on end without working on them. They have dangerous jobsites that put pedestrians in the hospital (including me; I tripped on exposed rebar and got STABBED with it), and they cause thousands in damage to vehicles all around the city with their inability to use simple cones.

This is what $1000 damage looks like to my car. Bre-Ex put no pylons up. I got stuck in the mud and had to be pushed out by their men. When I emailed and called for compensation (several times), my calls and emails were not even acknowledged. A neighbour sustained $2000 damage. Small claims court, calls to city executives, public and social media here I come. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Smash Factory

Horrible work. This company has been doing the roads in my neighbourhood and around the city. In my neighbourhood they constantly took out the internet because they don't care. The roads were left with huge unmarked tripping hazards until completion and were blocked by signs without any work being done for weeks. The end product was also terrible. Bumpy pitted roads, uneven grading, intersection transitions look like ponds when it rains. I cannot believe the city continues to use this company. They must be really cheap.

I decided to call this company because one of their signs broke or was damaged somehow and it was kicking around one of the properties where I do landscaping. The owner of the property asked me to get rid of it, so I thought it best to return it to the company so they could repair it and reuse it. After my phone call to the company, they promptly came to get it within a few hours and I was very thankful! Great customer service on the phone also!

Terrible place to work for, owners don’t treat their workers well. Never seen so many people quit a job in a short period of time while I was there.

Worst construction company ever. Inability to grade approaches properly. Car has severe underbody damage from bottoming out while entering and exiting driveway. Cut off Internet and cable while excavating in front of the house. Didn't happen to mention that they did that before they left. Tend to start work before they should because their schedules are likely poorly planned. All in all, I hope your street isn't being worked on by these hacks. They need a lesson in how to do business

This company is working on the road outside my work and as I was trying to ride to work I was swore at by one of the workers as I attempted to get by him. Not only has their plan (which was worked on extensively) changed but the complete unprofessional conduct is astounding.

I reported it to the foreman and although he apologized, defended his worker saying that it never happened. I have this part on video, wish I had got the motorcycle interaction recorded...

Wonderland at Exeter has been down for like 2 months. MAJOR artery. Next to no work has been done for three weeks. Off and on only. GET this Done. Lazy, sporadic . Mirrored to the work they did three years ago down here. Again I say GET THIS DONE. City should penalize them for their slowness.
