We purchased a detached home from Branthaven in their Homestead community (Mount Hope) and the finishes and workmanship were outstanding. However, that is not the whole story - we just loved the staff - particular standouts were Rhonda Sibley - so nice, so understanding and helpful, Marva at the design center who patiently guides one through choices, all of their technicians who rectified issues before they became an annoyance. We hope to purchase another home (a downsize) in the future and would definitely chose this builder again.

My experience with Branthaven left much to be desired. From start to finish, the process was riddled with frustration and disappointment.

Firstly, the quality of workmanship was subpar, with several issues cropping up shortly after completion. From uneven flooring to poorly installed fixtures, it was clear that attention to detail was lacking.

Moreover, communication for the repair plan was virtually non-existent. Requests for updates or clarifications were met with silence, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

To make matters worse, the timeline for completion was repeatedly pushed back, causing inconvenience and disrupting plans.

Overall, my experience with Branthaven was far from satisfactory. Their lackluster performance, coupled with poor communication and delays, made for a frustrating and ultimately regrettable experience.

Branthaven is the worst company I've ever had the (dis)pleasure of dealing with. I have been waiting for ALMOST 10 MONTHS to have a bathroom fan replaced/fixed. This was noted on the PDI (pre-delivery inspection). They KNEW that the fan was non-operational then. For almost 10 months I've been hearing nothing but excuses, reflections, condescending answers and incompetence. I've been told all sorts of excuses, including: scheduling issues with the contractors, and issues getting a part. Meanwhile, an ENTIRE 2ND TOWER was built and finished while I waited for someone to fix a bathroom fan. Not only this, but I was sent 5 different people to my unit during the course of 7 months, only to take a look at the issue and arrive at the same conclusion that the others had arrived to? 2 weeks ago I sent them an email warning them that if I didn't get this issue resolved I'd go to media/social media and initiate legal action. They decided to ignore my email, but this review should not catch them by surprise. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING BUYING A NEW BUILD FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED. THEIR BUILD QUALITY IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT, AND THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS NOR TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK

Was rushed into a new build, which we waited for through Covid. Tons of issues after hand, power cuts off all the time and destroys the integrity of the electronics we have - we’ve literally had to surge protect everything. Do not go with these guys, they model themselves as one of the more prestigious ones but they do so at the cost of quality.

I am extremely disappointed with the builder's customer service. Despite purchasing a brand new home, the fridge provided is faulty, causing significant food spoilage. Numerous complaints have been ignored, leaving my tenant in a difficult situation, especially in this hot weather. This lack of response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the builder's commitment to their customers. This unit is located in Upper West Side Condos 2 Oakville.
