Brad was extremely helpful with this process. This was our first home purchase and we were on a tight schedule but Brad was always available and ready to answer our many questions. He made the process of buying a home a more enjoyable experience and a less stressful one. His knowledge of the area and the market are excellent. I have not used Brad personally but had friends who have and I can honestly say he fell short. He was fine initially but once the sale was completed and after receiving the Google review that HE requested, he became MIA.

Communication became difficult ("out of cell service) and he wasnt present to welcome or share in any excitement of a first home (in a new province). He left the new home owners to their own, after 2 long days of driving.

If you're looking for a more personal, genuine experience with a realtor, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
