BRP is an exceptionally untrustworthy company and nobody should buy any of their vehicles. In the one year I have had my Canam Spyer, and $35k vehicle, it has been in the shop 4 of the 12 months. It breaks constantly, repairs take weeks and weeks, parts are always back ordered, and lucky them lemon laws don’t apply to motorcycle class vehicles. The company will do absolutely nothing for you if you end up with one of their defective products, and I can tell you most of the vehicles they produce are defective product.

The worst service and the worst dealer in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Terrible service from the vendor Diego. I spent a full month processing the purchase of two Spark 3up motorcycles and from start to finish he was doing the process wrong, he made mistakes in the process so many times and such at a level, that once the units were paid and with the invoices in hand, there was an error. We had to reverse the purchase because the prices were wrong, the Manager not even for a call or solution of the problem, not even an apology from one of them. The cost of money and time that they made me spend was enormous, I don't want to know anything about them anymore. BRP should review the service that is offering at its dealerships because the one in Puerto Vallarta is lousy. Google Maps has many negative reviews and I didn't want to pay attention to the negative opinions that this dealer has but it was my mistake. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I just made the purchase from the Tepic agency and what a difference with the saleswoman Gabriela, exceptional service, nothing to do with the poor service and attention they offer in the mentioned agency in Puerto Vallarta and it looks like nobody seems to care about the customer satisfaction.
