I purchased a pair of Stihl branded chainsaw pants that were much cheaper ($179) that anything I found elsewhere including Amazon. Also bought an extra chain for my Stihl chainsaw and a set of suspenders to go with the pants. Happy friendly help from Dwayne (sales rep). Very recommended.

Great team who are experts at what they do. Very friendly with fair prices on both service and sales.

And...they take care of you. I was having challenges with a saw I bought and they made it right. Took a second saw for a new bar and tune up and it runs better then new.

First of all, I am admittedly a very tough critic. However, Bobcat of Parry Sound went above and beyond my expectations with my recent purchase, prompting me to write this review. The sales and operations team went out of their way to work around my schedule, offering next day delivery for two purchases a considerable distance outside of their dealer market area. All promises made were delivered and response times were very prompt. It is clear to me that this establishment is focused on help customers get the work done when they need it done. As a matter of fact, the salesman I dealt with even took time out of his vacation to get me sorted out! Where else do you hear that? Nowhere.

I would not hesitate to buy from Bobcat of Parry Sound again in the future! Thanks

Had a problem with my new boss plow.
Dwayne at the front desk got repair man Jim to call me and he drove to Parry Sound, because my truck wasn’t drivable. He found the problem and fixed me up in record time. Really appreciate the awesome and convenient service from Parry Sound Bobcat! Highly recommend them!!?
