I lived at 600 Proudfoot Lane for a little over 2 years. The building itself is beautiful. Always clean in the common areas, and concerns were dealt with great discretion. Our building management team, led by Thomas and Christine was amazing. They were always friendly and accommodating.
I changed apartments about halfway through my time there. It was handled the best they could and even though I felt communication could have been better, I understand they aren’t in control of everything. They took the new apartment from a state of disarray and grime to a beautiful clean space, ready for us to move into.
They took our safety very seriously and when issues arose with other tenants, they were handled quickly and discretely. I would recommend this building to my closest friends and family looking for a place to live.

If you enjoy ear piercing fire alarms with strobe lights going off at all hours of any given day - this is the place for you to live. The random and low quality fire alarm system of our building is exceptional!

I love living here! Building managers Deb and Wayne are AMAZING! The building is very well maintained and there is a management team that is responsive to tenant concerns. Gym and underground parking are an added bonus as are the large units here. Tenants are mostly longer term people and there is a sense of neighbourhood and community, in part, fostered with care from the building managers here.

Appliances provided are of low quality . Electric Stoves are of low power . Not enough to cook food . Dryer never dries up clothes . Have to dry on clothes drying stand . When contacted property manager , he didn't solved problems .Building is neat and clean . No disturbance .

I’ve had no bad experiences no safety concerns either and my Amazon package at sat at my door and front door and hasn’t gotten stolen I’ve lived here for 2 years now in December. I’ve had no issues with staffing either wish the parking lot speed pumps got put back in every one thinks it’s a race track but I’m sure people were complaining it was wrecking there car or some other stupid excuse

Arranged a viewing of a 2 bedroom on Oakland . When I got there I asked a worker cleaning where I could find person I was suppose to meet to view the unit. The man started asking me when I made the appointment what date the email confirming was sent to me. I don't have data on my phone so couldn't check. I mentioned it had been approx a week. As the man stood there clue less. I said I believe the unit is on the 3 Rd floor. All of a sudden the man says "come on" . We get onto the elevator and head to the 3 Rd floor. I beleive it was unit 303. As we entered into unit the it was in darkness. I reached for the light switch where the guy showing me the place said " don't turn on the light !" I now know why,he knew there was a tenant sleeping in the unit and showed me the unit any ways. . How disappointing and a let down as this place looked really nice.

The windows were put in efficiently and somebody came around with a broom and pail to clean up. The workers tented the window area to keep the dust down, it was all so fascinating to watch.
My only complaint is they took down 2 curtain rods and left me wondering how am I going to get them back on the walls? Both walls are cement outside walls!! So 1 out of 3 windows will have curtains. I'm very disappointed with that.

Overall, I sure appreciate all the effort Blue Stone Properties is investing in these older buildings. Thanks Blue Stone Properties ?

As a senior, we need peace and quiet, In this building we get just that. We also need the services of a friendly, efficient Manager. We, at 600 Proudfoot, have that as well. I highly recommend 600 Proudfoot, or indeed any other Bluestone properties, and as a professional senior police officer (retired) I can assure the reader, I am a good judge of personnel and professions. Of all the building/operational companies available in London, Ontario, I have to place Bluestone Properties at the top. Needless to say, we have every intention of continuing our tenancy here at 600.
