There will always be someone who is not happy with roadwork, but my experience with the workers when they did full road reconstruction on our street was very positive. They were helpful directing traffic to get out to the main roads and helped me navigate on foot to my home when I had to park elsewhere. They even offered to carry my packages. Great bunch of guys, very courteous.

Their trucks carry materials that AREN'T secured properly which is a hazzard/danger for other commuters! Massive rock fell off one of their trucks and smashed my front windshield (even when following with safe distance), for which I had to pay $460... they kept ignoring my phone calls even when just trying to explain the situation.
If it is an option, then ZERO STARS!

Most contractors in London manage their sites well but this outfit seems to take the time and trouble to leave their worksites neat and orderly every evening. They do an exceptional job of setting up rerouting lanes and cordionng off their worksites, even their equipment is neatly arranged.

Horrific signage. Dont bother to label road closed. Workers constantly try to order you to take u turns (which they dont have the power to do) because theyre too damn lazy to put up road closed signs. Have a couple of times had to drive back and forth on my street trying to get out from either direction. Any other complaints, oh anywhere between the classic we never work so we need more time to finish then quoted or the less classic but very disturbing We Hit A Gas Line!
