I had an exceptional experience at the BLS International office in Regina. I would like to especially thank Prem Kumar and a lady on reception counter for their outstanding service. Despite not having a pre-booked appointment, I was accommodated as a walk-in customer after explaining that I traveled 270 kilometers to reach the office.

Prem Kumar was extremely helpful, guiding me through the entire process of filling out the application form and submitting my application. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to assist made the process smooth and stress-free.

I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness shown by the entire staff at BLS International Regina. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

On Sept 21/2019 at 12:03 P.M. I made the mistake buy driving on to the Ring road to go home, when I got in behind the BLS Asphalt Truck unit 163, plate 709IKQ . Clearly marked on the truck. Started a claim then and since that BLS has completely refused to except responsibility for their very Own truck driving down a by-pass at 100 km/hr plus, with rocks and debris come out and out of this vehicle. The Video has been given to them and they still think they are not responsible. I have let Insurance "Sgi" go thru there process and they issue plates to these People and can not even hold BLS accountable. Why give them plates? they do what they want anyways. They will not provide the Drivers name from September 21, 2019 at 12:03 pm sharp. They are covering up for this person driving and not cooperating with Sgi.
This is the company that thinks they have integrity and great business practice, but will not step up when at fault for their Equipment and a lack of maintenance/cleaning on there Trucks. I have other videos and pictures but was not able pull him over take him out of the Truck at a very busy time of the day just to get his name. That would be very dangerous.
I am not sure I would trust anything they do for their clients.
Even with a video of the Debris pelting my truck causing over 3000.00 in damages. This apparently is not good enough for BLS.
Sgi agrees with my side as well as everyone else.
BLS needs to step up and take ownership of this and be a good roll model in the community. I plan to spread this thur all social media outlets and get as much attention on this until they step up.
Note: this Company receives Government contracts which is tax payers dollars and this is baffling to me how Sgi cannot Do anything!!!! The driver of this truck is just a employee of BLS , but BLS’s truck is their responsibility. Can someone please look beyond their Greed and look after this issues ? It is just that easy to except your wrongs! And make it right.

OH SGI.! Here is a thought : stop issuing plates for their truck if you cannot hold them responsibly for anything!
