The founder of this company has ruined many families and individuals with their negligence and greed. The homes they built are of terrible quality and failed to meet industry standards, including insurance policies for their work contractors. Mister Blanchard then left his company to his son, who was left with the shambles of a business, and only drove it further into the ground.

I do not blame the young Mister Blanchard, however, the senior of the company--I have heard--now lives a lavish life in the tropics, well off from the scam-like way he operated his business.

My grandmother is currently living in a house nearly fit to be condemned. Her foundation is in fragments, parts nearly falling from the steep hill it was built upon. Her bedroom has sunken nearly half a foot, and continues to sink further each year. She has no way to acquire compensation, or justice. She lives by herself as a widow. This was already a house she could barely afford, and yet, Mister Blanchard Senior had her sign off on it, counting on her naivety and vulnerability.

I pray you never build another home with the business practices I have seen from you already.
