Had an amazing experience with BK Water and Sewar! They responded quickly when I had an issue with my water line and had it fixed in no time. The team was professional, efficient, and super friendly. Customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I moved into a new house and one day later my sewer backed up. Plumber was unable to clear the pipe, he found tree roots in the pipe. I called BK and spoke to Tina. She was amazing! She explained the process and how they could help me. She shuffled some of their appointments in order to get to my house first thing the next morning. They used a camera to determine where and what the problem was. She contacted the city herself and was actually able to come to an arrangement with them to get the work done by the city!
When I called to thank her and arrange payment for the camera scope, she said it was no charge!
In the end, BK didn’t complete the work for me but my assessment is that they are of high integrity. By helping me to get the city to do the work, BK lost out on the business. They could have easily manipulated the situation so they got the contract and made the money but they didn’t. That speaks volumes. I think these are folks you can trust… good people!

Replacing a septic system is a daunting job with many hurdles. Tina was capable and reassuring and kept me informed throughout the installation. BK handled the entire permit process successfully and got the job done at the quoted price despite various challenges along the way. I am happy I chose this company for my septic installation!
